Multiple AI model providers cut input prices today, with Alibaba reducing Qwen3.6 35B A3B by 29% and DeepSeek V4 Flash dropping 17% to $0.05 per 1M tokens. Only one model saw a price increase: Qwen3.6 27B rose 87% to $0.6 per 1M tokens.

The open-source AI ecosystem continues to expand. Today, tracked projects gained 68,908 GitHub stars, with archify leading at +5,171. 48 new projects entered the index. This week, 1,926 new projects and 100 new Hugging Face spaces have been added.

Several projects shipped minor updates, including n8n, AutoGPT, RAGFlow, and Cline Desktop now available on Windows. A new research paper, PAWBench, proposes a benchmark for probabilistic world modeling in video generation.

Releases of the day

n8n 2.36.8 fixed a domain-restricted credential issue. OpenCode v1.18.25 fixed Azure authentication without requiring Bun. AutoGPT beta v0.7.3 replaced the email system with a new Briefing/Alert/Verdict/Ops design. RAGFlow v0.27.1 added Azure DevOps, You.com, and Serply connectors. Cline Desktop v0.0.20 now ships on Windows with a signed installer and auto-updates. Promptfoo 0.2.0 dropped Node.js 20 support and hardened supply chain. Pydantic AI v2.35.3 fixed Heroku GLM routing and cookie scoping.

Pricing moves

Kimi K2.7 Code input price fell 1% to $0.66 per 1M tokens. Qwen3.6 35B A3B dropped 29% to $0.1. Qwen3.6 27B rose 87% to $0.6. Nemotron 3 Ultra fell 17% to $0.5. GLM 4.6 fell 14% to $0.43. Emerging projects

Eight new projects entered the index today. prime-agent leads with 18,805 stars, described as a self-improving RLM agent for coding workflows. genoffice (3,814 stars) is a free open-source AI office suite for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and Markdown. jiuwenswarm (4,101 stars) is an AI Agent built on openJiuwen. Other projects include cashclaw (1,140 stars) for autonomous work, goink (175 stars) for AI novel generation, pi-extensions (450 stars) for coding agent extensions, tw-legal-rag (302 stars) for Taiwan legal MCP, and collie (550 stars) for managing herdr on mobile.

Research pick

PAWBench, by Yuandong Pu, Le Zhuo, Sayak Paul and others, asks how far video generation models are from probabilistically aligned world modeling. It argues that since physical processes can have multiple valid outcomes, a world model should reproduce the distribution of possible trajectories, not just one plausible path. The paper received 69 upvotes on Hugging Face.

The bigger picture

Today’s widespread price cuts, combined with steady project growth and new releases, point to a maturing ecosystem where models become cheaper and tools more accessible. The emergence of autonomous agents and office suites suggests the open-source AI stack is expanding beyond core models into practical applications.
